I'm wondering when I roll my fenders if the paint is going to crack or chip on the lip when I roll them back? Any input or possible steps to prevent this from happening.

use a heat gun to warm up the paint, so it doesn't chip, adjust the roller gradually upplying more pressure ,heat up,do 5-8 passes, heat up,add more pressure,do 5-8 passes and keep repeating till you're done, just don't force anything and expect to fold the lip in few passes, that's where alot of people screw up.

I have a fender roller that I rent out and everyone agree's. You must warm the paint.

Also side note it's good to know if you have excess body filler in the quarters.
