I am currently on hold with my 70 Nova that I was building due to me moving to Germany to serve my country, but I fugre while I'm over here and the car is in the trailer it would be a good time to stock pile some parts for her.

So, I am looking for suspension help first. I would like a good suspension for the street and every once in awhile I might take it out on a track day or two ;) With that said, Should I just keep it simple or what? I would like as many opinions and different set ups as possible. I'm looking at spending about 4k to do front & rear. So I can't get to crazy, but some of you are much more knowledgable then I am when it comes to suspension. So your help would be appreciated.

I know everyone likes pictures so here is a pic of the car just coming out of paint.

You could do our A-Arm, coil over, and sway bar package for the front, along with the Torque arm rear suspension for well within your budget. You would have a adjustable coil overs front and rear, nice ride quality, and the whole system is about 95% bolt-on.

You could do a tall spindle or tall ball joint which help improve the negative camber gain. For spindles I would look at ATS or L&H customs. upper control arms that help improve positive caster. That helps with the major geometry issues. Also get a good set of bushings. Use the Del-A-Lum style delrin bushings like the ones global west sells. Get a good sway bar and a quality set of drop springs and shocks.
For the rear you could get some drop leafs (Global West, Detroit speed, Hotchkis...). They are usually simpler to install but don't ride as nice as a torque arm (speedtech) or a four-link (Detroit speed, Art Morrison, TCI).
It is probably also a good idea to install a set of subframe connectors (DSE, Hotchkis) to prevent body flex and make the handling more consistent. I haven't added it up but I think that puts you well within your budget and In my opinion that is the most improvement for your money.
