Selling my 1980 Camaro Z28 with a 350/4 speed manual trans. 98% original, only modifications are a weiand intake, holley carb, headers and older American Racing wheels. I believe it's a numbers matching car, it was daily driven for the past 6 years. Runs very smooth, the car is very straight, no framerail rust that I can see. Recent maintenance done, including oil change, fuel pump and filter, belts and hoses, water pump, exhaust and clutch. Only needs front shocks and a cracked windshield fix (inexpensive to do) to be a reliable daily driver.
Has factory a/c but the compressor has been removed. I still have the compressor. Tires could be replaced soon but still have tread. Floors have some rust, the rest of the underbody is basically rust-free as far as I can tell. Body is 99% rust free with one area at the bottom of the passenger side front fender that needs to be patched. Drivers seat has some tears from use, the rest of the interior has normal aging but 100% complete to the best of my knowledge. I do have the horn button. Electric windows work.
Awesome base for a street machine or drag car build, or drive as-is after a shock and window fix. It's a very straight car, I bought it a couple of months ago with plans to make a race car, but I run my own business and unfortunately just don't have the time that I thought I would. I have a bill of sale in my name, the title is still signed by the previous owner. Both are transferable to the new owner.
Asking $2900, MIGHT be open to trades for something unique in the same price range. The car is located in Pleasantville, NY 10570.
