UPDATE #1 - we got our rules committee together earlier this week and we've decided that, in order to let as many participants in as possible, we are now going to let multiple drivers use the same vehicle in competition. Basically, one car can have two numbers!
Here's an example of how it works:
Brian Finch is registered as a competitor with his 1969 Camaro, he is issued number 27.
His buddy Danny Thomas, really wants to participate but doesn't have a car, so Brian graciously offers to allow Danny to drive the 69. Danny registers as a participant and is issued number 72. Now Brian and Danny are both competitors but using the same car. Each driver pays the same registration fee and receives all the competitor benefits, goody bags, dinners, etc.
Please, just let us know clearly on your registration that you are sharing a car so we can make sure the car is not going to have to be in two places at once!!
UPDATE #2 - as an added bonus, our awards committee has generously offered to refund 50% of the entry fee to the winners of any segment, and if any competitor wins two or more segments, we will refund 100% of the entry fee - in cash!! That's up to $325 dollars in your pocket!
Now go to the site and register - we're just 26 days away! Remember, this is a BFG contingency event and an OUSCI qualifier!!
