Posting these for a friend off another website. I have seen the conversion and it is VERY nice. Please contact him with all info or email me at [email protected] and i will forward the information to him. Oh and the stuff is currently in/on his 72 elcamino and he will let you hear it run.Here goes:
Everything located about 45 minutes of Ft Worth!!
6.0L shortblock.. cant remember which one but it has the f-body crank.. $600obo
Getting away from the fuel injection, going back old school. This is still in the car and running. Has probly about 3000 miles on her with 4lbs of nitrous run through on the 100 shot.
Motor made 331/309 to the wheels on motor through a messed up 2004r and a 12 bolt with HEAVY ass 17" wheels..
Ls1 from a 01/02 F-body
Stock rotating, crank .010/.010 with a std bore
ported ls6 oil pump
241 heads with 2.00/1.57 valves with bowl job and mild porting
comp 918 springs
TSP 228R cam
TSP hardened pushrods
ls6 intake
36 lb racetronix injectors
stock fuel rails
Harness done by speartech
01/02 f-body computer tuned fat lots of timing good for 100shot on tune. More if a lil timing was taken out or fuel was added.
Moroso ultra 40 wires
4" induction goes with it..
Hoses that fit a stock chevelle/elcamino radiator
Custom motor mounts
Everything will go that is needed to put in and turn key except fuel pump, radiator, and headers..
