This was listed by a local dealer (who sells hot rods and muscle cars and should know better)

Does it look like a PT car to you? I am thinking the skinny front and drag radial rear tires might be tough on an auto X course. It has a 400, 4sp and stock suspension and brakes.
Asking price is 27k. :_paranoid

And this one was listed as restored.......for only 12k.

What got me going on this was the "9 second PT cars" thread. I get that there are different opinions. But to call this one restored, and the previous one a PT car is just stupid.

Everything is PT now like everything was Pro Street before.

So your point is... your looking for a new build, a car that runs nines?

I can't tell if the orange one is restored or not from the pics? That body restored could be worth 12k (maybe)? The first car, is that the new nine PT look...

I laugh when I see some people put pro-touring in the title of their cars. I look at it, then read the description and say to myself, "Ok?!? So, what's pro-touring about it?!?" :faint:

Exactly, I am looking for a nine second PT car.

The body of any late 70's camaro worth 12k?

I just think if you are selling a car you should know what it is for one thing and for another understand what the difference is between "restored" and "hot rodded".
