Frank,

I bought a 69 mini tub tank a while back....can this be converted to a fuel injected tank? How much? I emailed Rick's but havent got an answer. Or, would it be cheaper to sell this tank and buy a new one?

Thanks,

Jason

I would sell that one and do one of these, there are to many differences to convert it to a in tank set up.

what capacity do the minitubbed tanks have?

Mini tubed means for leaf springs, The tanks have to be built more narrow. If your mini tubbed with a 4 link, you only need the notched tank.

You lose about 3 gallons in the narrow tank for leaf spring mini tub cars, pulls it down to 15

Im running a mini-tubbed and quadra-link. So if its just the notched than it's 18 gallons?

Yes sir, you do not need mini tubbed, just notched

Lisa does not monitor the boards, she just does her own thing. Lsa handles all the Rick's tanks action. She had our special scheduled for quite a while. We don't let what anyone is doing affect what we do anyway. She really had no clue until I just showed her your link. We have been running Ricks specials for 5 years and have sold more tanks to forum members then Rick's themselves. We were not trying to under cut LH, did not even see it. Lisa just re ran our Christmas special. Hector called, offered us additional discount, we pass it to you. Of coarse we offer the best price we can offer right out of the shoot. I see they lowered their price twice now.

We also have our 30 day price guarantee, if you buy and we run a sale for less then you paid within 30 days, you get the difference.

In the meantime, take advantage of a great price on a great product no matter who you buy from while it is available. I suspect when things pickup for some of these manufacturers these deals will be few and far between.

I really do not know, shoot Lisa a email and price request, at [email protected]. She handles all the Rick's tank business.
