Timeless had just called and told us this car was done - looks great! C6 front and tri 4-bar rear on one of our chassis. They are updating the shocks to Double-Adjustable Penske's for track day duty. I have a feeling that this car is going to get driven hard!

I'm guessing it's Cyber Grey as Compos Mentis noted it was a stock ZR-1 color.

That's good news Craig. Hopefully we'll see your '60 on the same track with this '54.

I'll post pics soon. He's media blasting now. Started as an Ebay purchase gone bad....fortunately, or unfortunately...Jason has educated me on this expensive hobby and all that can be done to these cars! So here I go...

Could have done without the LS9 beauty cover and the stupid clear window in the hood. Never understood that on the stock ZR1 either. Rest of the car is just sublime.

I've seen a few cars on the net using "cyber grey" and they don't look like this one :D
My search continues for a wicked grey for my 55'.....:geezer:

I hear ya. The pics posted here make it look a bit on the blue side. I wonder if it's from the camera flash?

Actually 'the 'fantasy gray' pics that I posted reminded me of the Maybach paint I think it was on 'Notorious'.
Congrats on your award Rodger. Your ride has probably increased the value of those trucks.

According to the PHR article, Notorious uses a BASF shade called Tierra Del Fuego on the non "upward facing" panels.
That car is nasty as hell!! Could Corvettes take home SMOY back to back?! I sure hope he makes the trip back to Columbus to bring back a trophy to the West Coast!
Nice avatar, Skip! "It's GO time!"

Good point Jason, that would be something if back to back Vettes won the SMOY.
Oh the humanity!
Glad you liked the avatar Jason. It the least I, a humble Butterbean, could do for Izzy.

Yes, that is one of the colors and they said the Maybach paint was also used.

I agree. Perhaps they didn't want to copy the AME 3G rollbars.

This car has our ZEFORGED Mesh 3 piece wheels on it. I worked with Jason on building our wheels around those Huge Carbon ceramic brakes. The caliper overhangs 2.125" past the mounting surface. We built 19x10 front and 19x12 rear. What a sharp car! Just happy we could be of help.
