Looking for someone who does good interior work out of their house. Not looking for a shop because they cost to much. Need front and rear seats done on 69 camaro. Thanks
Hit up some local shows and ask local car owners. That is the best way I have found to dig up the local talent. I found a painter 4 miles from my house that is top notch, on time, great rates and has about 30 years experience. It was only by asking at a local cruise in last summer. I have lived right by him for 7 years now and never knew it.
I had actually seen several of his cars and didn't even realize it.

I know of a few really high end shops, and I know of some VERY reasonably priced shops.
Ogden Top and Trim is premium level my buddies Father takes all his Ferrari's to.
Rigg's Brothers (http://www.riggsbros.net/) is more the common man prices that does AWESOME work very cheap.
I just had them do my 442 seats at the St Charles location.
I brought him the material and buns, and he put the front seats together for me for $325.
Spring repairs, and all that jazz with it.
I'm having him redo my 78 Camaro rear seats to match the 2002 SS front seats I bought
and install it all as well. He did such good work, I'm sticking with him.

I would love to find someone at a show but I'm in chicago and there are no shows yet and I need them done by march.

I think I'll give Riggs a call, thanks for the info.

I understand. I was not thinking about your timeline and the current season. One other way you can go is to contact any local car clubs or groups. Many times they put up ads in speed shops, parts stores, places like that or look on line. Then get in touch with the guys who run the club and go from there.
Good luck with it. Be sure and post some pics when it is done.
