Ok thought I'd try it on here, I'm selling my shop, and there is an option to buy my house along with it. The shop is 6yrs old, 80x60, 12' tall, the main shop is 60x60 with the office and paint booth there is a seperate but attached 20x40, 8' tall lean two that is fully tinned and insulated I use it for storage but could be used for additional work space, it is super insulated and has very good windows and doors, comes with a binks down draft booth anything else can be added, hoist, frame rack etc. You can choose how much land you want with all can be negotiated up to 3 commercial acres, also have a 20x40 shed that can be included. It also has a car lot in front of the shop. On a very busy (for rural WI) state road 2 miles south of Montello WI one hour north of Madison. Asking $189,000.00

The house is 5yrs old stick built just shy of 1700 sq. feet, 3 beds, 2 baths, finished basement with bar and pool table and all plumbing is in the floor for a bathroom. Has a 24x24 attached garage. I have 5 acres total is you buy the shop and house. $358,000 for everything.

As for Montello its a small city (1500 people) no crime a very nice place to raise a family if your sick of the hussle of a big city. And hopefully you like snow!!! http://www.homefinder.com/WI/Montello/49392017d_N2973_Hwy_22

Reason for selling, I'm sick of winter and sick of having my own buisness it's just not fun anymore, I dont have a hobby anymore and would just like to get my 40's in and not think about every detail any more and maybe sleep!

Telly,
Sad to see you having to do this. From our brief conversations I see your reasoning. Good luck in whatever direction you decide in the near future.

Thanks Dave, I'll still build cars just on the side with less stress! I figure it's not going to be easy to sell this place either!
