yeah, it'd be nice to see one completed. I've seen a handful started, but never finished.

Very cool project!
Okay - so a guy I met at a car show this summer - had a mercedes - full car that was a "mule" - and he was building a 57 Chevy pick up truck... was going to "pull" the drivetrain from the MB and put in the truck. His wife comes out to the garage and says - wouldn't it be easier if you just cut the body off the MB and dropped the truck body onto the MB chassis? He throws her out of the garage.. typical woman "advice".
THEN he starts measuring and guess what - it was WAY EASIER to just make a few mods to the truck and do exactly what she said. He said that was so much easier than doing a full on "engineering and design" since MB had already done all the work! It was way easier to just do some sheet-metal fab.

I think he is also an engineer for Air Ride, he's been working on the car for a few years now. Cool project.

Bookmarked.. would be cool to see it get finished. Anything is possible with enough time and money.

X2 ^^^ I would also like to see this done. I wonder what kind of performer it would be? Perfect winter car for those Auto cross tracks in the northeast!
STi on serious steroids.

This belongs to Britt with Ride Tech, We stopped by his shop last year and took a look at it. This will be a wild ride when done.
