This is very good news, indeed! I'm working on getting my old job back with the company, so if anyone needs anything in the meantime, please feel free to contact me via PM - I'll be meeting with the new owners on Tuesday.

Now, what I wanted to let you all know: The new owners have an outstanding business model, a very clear understanding of what could have previously been done better, and what they need to do to make sure the same issues do not arise again. I have very high confidence in what I heard from Mr. Redlin.

Fikse will be operating under the same name with the same website through the same vendors (hopefully with the same employees ), but with even higher quality standards. So, to those of you that have lost confidence in the brand, don't let past stories and experiences consume you - This is a new beginning for an outstanding product to shine the way it always should have!

**To those who STILL have pending orders - The new owners have all of your information and will be making the completion of said orders priority 1, as soon as they are up and running.

Wish me luck in getting my old job back!

Respectfully,

Danny G.

I heard there are going to be less dealers and focus more on quality dealers and not low ballers, true?

Good luck as well. Are you guys going to continue at the same location in WA state?

Hi Stuart,

According to what I've been told, the network of dealers will remain unchanged. As far as the low baller dealers, as you put it, are concerned, I can't accurately comment on that point. What I can tell you is that there will be more dealer engagement, in an advantageous way for the customer. I know that's a fairly subjective response, but it's really about all I'm currently at liberty to share.

The Kent, WA plant is being moved, as of today, as a matter of fact. However, I do know that the sales force will remain in Washington State, for the time being at least. As for a specific location, I do not have that information as of yet.

Thanks Danny, just wanted to know as I live just north of the border of the Kent, Wa shop. Whenever I do order some wheels from you.

I'm really interested to see the new designs and especially to see the old designs in 19" size. :unibrow:

Will they still be American made and manufactured wheels?

Met with the new owners today and it will be a while before I even know if I will be part of the company again. They have a lot of footwork to do prior to putting a "heavy hitting" sales/tech team together ;)

However, when you do decide you want some prices, let me know and I'll be happy to relay the info to the proper people, if I'm not part of the company at that time.

I received a call from Will Anthis around lunch time today concerning my previous order with Fikse. He was calling to update me on what happened and to see where I stood on wheels. Unfortunately, for him, I had already reordered Forgeline wheels through Frank, but I was glad to see his professionalism in calling to let me know what was up. I won't elaborate on what he told me about Fikse's shut down last year. Let's just be glad that they're back with new owners and providing their products to our small community once again.

Thanks for the call, Will!

I had a long pow wow with Will today and feel real good about the future. very impressive, first words out of his mouth after hello was wanting to make usre all my Fikse customers were taken care of.

Also, i asked if jim Fikse was ANY part of the company and got a loud HELL NO! Which is good to hear. This is a pure buy out from the bank

It sounded to me like Jim Fikse raked those employees over the coals during that process.
