You might try looking at any of the "hot rod/street rod" supply houses or builders. I know I have seen universal kits out there but am drawing a blank on the name.
Try looking at Street Rodder magazine on line. I think you will find links to suppliers. Good luck!

 Beat me to it. I went on a search after my post and just found that from Modo and a few kits on ebay. Some people are retro fitting factory systems from TransAms, Camaros and just about any other factory system. Several kits for sale for them too. But Modo is a site sponsor and a great company. Look there first.

Another vote for MODO!!
I would like to add that to my car. But I don't see one for a second gen listed. It can't be hard to modify it for my application. And the price is right too!

I have them in stock. The positive features about our kit is that it is new and comes with a warranty and it is a direct bolt in. Each kit includes everything to do the install except for the tools and the time to install it (about an hour).

The second gen Camaros use a different latch and catch than the 67-69 Camaros do, the difference is the bolt hole locations. I can't remember off the top of my head if the bolt holes are higher up on 1st gen or if it is the
2nd gen that is higher. The catch looks the same but it is different. The 2nd gen catch is the same as a 68-72 Chevelle.
