Source for smooth rear bumper, 69 Camaro?

Anyone have a source on a chromed smooth rear bumper for a 69 Camaro? Just thought I'd ask before I attempt myself. Year One has smoothed bumpers that are EDP coated, but they use filler...so they're only good for painting...

I saw on an episode of "My Classic Car" and they went to a chrome shop and talked to them about this. The person at the shop said that they do this for their customers. I don't recall which episode it was but I would think it was one of their sponsors.
