Trans and counsole question

Guys I have a question... I am dead set using a stock Camaro counsole.. I have always liked the look of it. Never a fan of the custom counsoles. What I need to know is what trans is going to allow me to run the shifter in the stock location. And will I need to make a ton of modifications to make this work:question:

The older T56 kit from Keisler is suposed to fit right in place with a console . Atlest mine better .lol If your looking to get the T56 6spd Magnum check with Steve they just put one in Bad Penny.
