i went with the suburu wrx blue for the 68

i saw rupps old car and fell in love with it!My painter was ready so i said its now or never.I was very nervous about picking but i had no more time.The blue from the wrx has a very slight pearle to it.im unsure on striping it.That will be a seperate post.Show me some pics if you guys have any

This is not exactly what you are looking for, but here is WRX subaru blue with a black stripe. I built this 83' ski nautique one summer and it looked awesome with the black I thought. i know there is another member that has the wrx blue and grey stripes on his 67 or 68 i can not remember, but i have to say the car looks GREAT. i will try to find it

Found it, the member is mazspeed and his car is called sledgehammer 67 do a search and you will find it. It is by far one of my favorite cars on this site.

Subaru world rally blue is an awesome choice. It pops pretty nice and has a slight purple hue at night under lights.

I own a performance shop in nc that specializes in Subarus and have tons of blue pics if you wanna see more.
