I thought I would give this a shot here. With our newborn I cant see us using it anytime soon. We bought this timeshare in full about six years ago. The resort rooms were just remodeled last year. The resort is on A1A right across the street from the beach. Very good location! The time of year is March 28 through April 3rd.
Heres the deal, Im giving this away! The only thing you have to pay is maintenance fees each year to use the resort. With taxes they are about 700.00, thats $100.00 each day. You wont find a room in this area to stay at for close to this price. Heres the website

just to clarify, march 28 thru April 10th is 2 weeks. All someone has to do is take over the maintenance fees? Do these things have deeds of some sort?

Ok here goes.
Im assuming your issues with transfer is that you may have to go to florida to do this.
Are there any special assessment fees?
Warranty Deed or Quitclaim Deed?
Estoppel Certificate?
Assuming your priced is fixed rate, non negotiable term for longivity.
Was there an assessment given to you on the recent remodeling you mentioned or are you locked in for how many years (paid in full, does not void you from this)
Yes, I have sold and owned many, mostly mexico areas. I know the area very well, buddy of mine owns a tatoo shop around the corner.
Not knockin ya, price is fair, Im just stating what the lat g boys need to ask when buying timeshare realestate especially on a car forum. Your "week" is in a great time slot for the spring breakers. Worst case post it on buymytimeshare.com

1 bedroom, 2 bedroom? How do you plan on working 'ownership' if you find it a pain to transfer the deed?

No I dont need to be in Florida to do this. I called the county and it can be done by mail. OR I can use a outside company to do it.

Fixed rate? We own the place, I lost ya. It was paid off many years ago.

Like I said, our fee has been the same for years so I dunno. Put it this way, I would get the fee for the year pay it and go have fun. Thats about how far I got into it.
