On its way to doing the 1/4-mile in 11.07 seconds at 128 mph, a Hennessy-tuned 700-horsepower Cadillac CTS-V hit .99 longitudinal G as it left the start line. By the end of the run the phone inside the car was ringing, and it was your friendly neighborhood OnStar representative wondering "What the hell do you think you're doing?" Ok, not quite... but they did have some questions. I found this hilarious

that was funny. Was curious what track would let you run 11 flat without a helmet though.............. :_paranoid

On Star is fun to play with. Most of the reps have a pretty good sense of humor. I have had 45 min conversations with them after calling for directions.
But have never had any emergency dealings. Thank god.

Onstar comes on frequently during track events for many GM vehicles. My instructor had to have his disabled after his first session with his CTS-V because onstar would come on and ask if he was in an accident every time he would lock up the wheels/abs

Lets not give that Clown John Hennessey any publicity....

Somebody owns one of those at the hospital I work at. He was idling in the parking lot one day and it had a nice lope to it. It looks like he has a different exhaust system on it too, I am not sure, maybe it is the stock exhaust. It definitely sounded mean. If I was going to buy a new GM car to drive every day, a CTS-V would be on the list.
