Hennessey has nothing to do with the car. We went to an event he held and dyno'd and ran at his track. Dont worry I do all my own stunts and installation work :)

Well it wasnt me that had dealings with them personally, but I have seen my neighbor go through the ringer with Hennessey years ago on his viper and a couple other corvette owners.
Not to get off track from the OP original post so Ill leave this one alone.

Good to here, my point was mute. They have changed things around with thier co. from the past.

Nice. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why GM didn't make that the paint/color scheme on the 2009 Indy 500 Pace Camaro.

Yea I cant either. I figured Hugger Orange was a shoe in for a color on this car. However since it wasn't I didn't pre-order. I decided white/orange theme later on and picked this car up off the lot. Was on the lot 2 days! Some people showed to buy it but I had already signed papers on the car :)

Car had 650 miles on it when it got pulled apart at a body shop and was gone a week! (2nd week I owned it!)

Car will be tested in every way we can imagine. May take it to TWS this weekend for some more baseline numbers at a road course before mods! Still holding out on mods at the drag strip until this thing is in the 12s BONE STOCK.

Yeah, I agree William on the color aspect. I would have thought Hugger Orange would have been a standard color. Car does look good though.

When it was getting stripes I even asked for a quote to paint the whole car. It was little too much. I got the car cheap but not THAT cheap.

I like the look and it gets plenty of attention for a daily driver.

Got the new plates for it on Saturday: SSRSLY

I'm impressed with the times that you put down. 13.0s and 158 in the standing mile. Not shabby at all. Good luck with the car.

This weekend did [email protected] in the car. Only got a couple passes and had bad DA. This car I think has a 12.8@110 in it with good weather and everything coming together. May leave it at that for the "stock baseline."
