The ones Neki67 listed I have been using for my swap and they have tons of good info. Some things depend on what year LS1 and is it an F-body or Corvette. It isn't a hard swap but there are a lot of things that I wasn't aware of until I started searching.

Basic things:
motor mounts
headers
ecm tune & harness re-worked or buy new stuff
lokar 36" throttle cable for LS1 throttle body (cable style)
lokar gas pedal or modify a 6 cylinder pedal
f-body oil pan mod or buy a new one
extend oil p/u tube or buy a new one

If you want to remove the egr and use an egr block plate here is a link http://www.myls1.com/cmps_index.php?pageid=ls6installandegr

If you don't have a return line on your fuel rail (only on the 97-98 corvettes) then you will need to run a 99+ corvette filter regulator: info here: http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/conversions-hybrids/738856-look-sweet-deal-corvette-fuel-filter-regulator-37-93-38-34-ebay.html

This is a good link for first gen swap as well: http://ls1tech.com/forums/conversions-hybrids/472609-lsx-into-67-69-camaro-basics.html

You can run stock F-body accessories & vette accessories and you will have to notch the frame to fit the compressor if you are running air. There are compressor relocator brackets, but I don't know much about them.

A lot of guys run the walbro 255 intank fuel pump. You can either sump a stock tank or buy one from ricks's, DSE ect. I copied off of another guy on here and used a tank from a 92-96 caprice. It is a 22 gallon poly tank but requires a little work to get it to fit and it will not work with mini tubs.

97-97 heads are different bolt pattern, 99+ have are centerbolt which gives you better options if you want to run valve covers.

Common fuel lines used
Fuel Line: 3/8
Return line: 5/16

Depending on what your goals are with the motor here are some things I have researched and that I am doing with my motor.

Thunder racing 230/224/111 cam was recommended for me to use with a T56 and 4:10 rear gears.
Alot of guys run a 224/224/112 but there are a ton to choose from and that would be your preference. Camshaft install and information. http://www.ls1howto.com/index.php?article=23
Most guys run 3:73 rear gears with the 4l60e or 4:10 w/ the T56
LS6 intake flows better than an LS1.
You can port the stock throttle body for better performance.
I am shooting for 390-400HP with my bolt ons and cam swap.
I am a budget builder, so my information may not be what you are looking for. Hope this helps.
