Whats after media blasting? Blast, seam sealer, then epoxy?

Just have a quick question, what's after blasting?

Seam sealer then epoxy primer?
Or
Epoxy primer then seam sealer?

Im not a painter or body guy. But IMO after blasting all the metal needs some protection. And as far as I know, on bare metal epoxy is the stuff to use. It will seal up all the bare metal and has a good surface for all the additional body work chemicals, like a seam sealer or any other coatings. Epoxy the bare metal. Then work up from that. JR
