I am beat like a dusty rug right now, but I have to say this-

Steve Sandlin, thanks for the most remarkable night of my "Car Life". Your generosity is beyond description. I'm 45 and have been a car dude for 40 of it, from cutting grass for $2.00 a yard so I could go to Sears and buy a AMT model kit to build in the 60's to standing in the same room as Chezoom and all of those Incredible Cars, talkin to Stielow and all the guys that are makin it happen in the G-Machine movement, many of which are right here.

Scott, without you and your committment to Lateral-G, I would not have been there and all of this might not have happened, not for me at least.

Jody, Scott, Brent, Pivot Man, Bill (roomey! kind of LOL), Johnny and your F-I-L, Quiet Jim, Stu, Paul, Rouleau and many more...It was a great pleasure beyond words. You guys are the "Real Stuff"

:hail: This is me to you dudes (note the shape)

That was a good time alright. Just sorry I was so late. The collection was like revisiting Barrett-Jackson and a great crowd. Nice meeting everyone. Hope to see you all soon.

My friend, Ron P, bought Chezoom, WhatTheHey and 52 other cars at B-J 2004 to jump start his present collection of +/- 225 cars.

Thanks to ALL for the kind words. It was a lot of work to convert a working millwork/doors/hardwoods warehouse into a gearhead's party room in 48 hours, but it worked out okay.

Here's a riddle for ya... of these three type beverages:

55 cases of beer
16 cases of wine
8 cases of bottle water

I had ONLY 2 cases [of the same type beverage] left over at 9:30 PM last Wednesday...what type were they? LOL

I'm going to guess the water.

I agree with everything said above. It was truly special - stuff like this doesn't happen very often.

My only regret is that I just didn't have enough time to talk to everyone and those that I did talk to was limited in time. That can be a problem when talk as much as I do. lol

Steve is the best, he even housed our trailer for us for the week, which can be a real issue in Vegas to find a safe spot.

Thanks again Steve.
