This was bought for a project that got pushed to the wayside. No longer need it sitting around.
New these intakes go for $2700 plus shipping.

Are the flanges set up for 75mm or 90?
Is this only port matched for factory LS7 heads?

The fuel rails on these intakes are complete? Nothing else is needed?

the intakes come with custom rails as the stock LS stuff doesn't work. You'll need injectors (standard type, not the stock LS7), and a throttle body.

Edit: manifold looks like it will work with the shorter length LS7 stock injector, not positive though.

the LS7 injectors are shorter than standard injectors; but after looking again at the pics it looks like they bent the rail holders to get the rails close for a shorter stock LS7 injector............... I have this same manifold but for the standard LS2 and it wouldn't work with the short LS7 injectors, but I think I'm wrong now on this LS7 manifold.
