70 Camaro RS Build... Hood Clearance w/ 502 Ramjet???

im currently doing a pro-touring build on my 70 camaro rs... i picked up a 502 ramjet this weekend that i just couldnt pass up... my question is: im wanting to stay with a steel hood and would like to go no-more than a 2" cowl... can i make this work on the hood clearance for the ramjet?

You might want to ask that same question over at Nastyz28.com. There are a lot of second gens with big blocks there. I do not think it will be a problem with a 2" cowl hood. But better to double check.:thumbsup:
