Even Bob and Alan's Cuda?
Bob and Alan Cuda is amazing! I'm not referring to aesthetics or visual design. I think G-force is hard to beat in that department.
Did you see the 3 video segments on the web site of this build.
I was referring from a stand point of performance.

Words are clumsy at best and I don't have the time to elaborate on my thoughts.
To busy running my business.
John, just enjoy the build and the hell with my opinion.

No disrespect but you listed a bunch of parts what does that have to do with actual performance? 1/4 mile, 60-0, 0-60???
GForce Cuda was and still is a standard to reach in a show car but the above was stating performance. Lets see what the Canadian car can do?

We will have a matching 1969 and 2010 Camaro on display in our booth along with the 1970 Chevelle SS we are working on. All black cars in Fesler Built Booth #23179. We will also have another 6-8 2010 Camaros on display in our other booth. Should be a good show this year with all the cool stuff coming.
Make sure you stop by and check out the cars and all the new products we will have this year. New billet parts, interiors and much more

I could start a whole new thread on the '70 Chevelle BB I bought from these guys....
I wouldn't buy ANYTHING from them - E V E R.... Lucky for me... they took the car back and refunded my money (minus, of course, the shipping costs two ways!).
Their description - and photos of the car - in no way matched the actual car condition! I had the threat of "INTERNATIONAL FRAUD" on my side... and my baseball bat in hand. :unibrow:

Beating the car or doing donuts in a parking lot does not make it a great performer. Having an impressive list of performance parts doesn't make it a great performer. What are the actual (not theoretical) performance numbers of the car? I haven't followed the car, and I have no idea if it has ever been run in the 1/4, the mile, or around a road race track and how it compares to others. I'm not taking anything away from g-force cuda, I'm sure it performs great, but what are the numbers? I'd be curious to see...

look i do not know who u are.you might be the builder of this other cuda looks like a nice car.but you are not going to take a viper and put a cuda body on it and set any standards. i'm not going to lie to you and tell you i liked g force at first i didn't but then i got a good look at it at the street rod nats here in louisvillethat car was and still is perfection if you look through just about any mag from the year before he sold the car the numbers are there. and on top of it it wasn't doing doughnuts. but hey ya never know bob is quite a character. and if the two cars ever lined up side by side wheather it be a drag race or autox or any of the road courses my money would be on g force along with anyone else who has really looked at the car and seen it run.

10-10-2009, 12:09 AM
yea yancy there were no performance parts anywhere on that car. lol it never ran a autox either. lol it was never ran on any track either. lol and if i'm correct i dont really remember but it didn't do the power tour lol. oh and i allmost forgot it was built in a 1 car garage by some nobody lol sorry alan we all no better lol.

I guess if you can't beat, join them....I'll help keep this flame going, where do you get the idea that they are just putting a Cuda body over a Viper? :lolhit:
Let see, Project build;
Custom race car inspired chassis
1000 Plus HP Twin Turbo
Custom one of suspension
Project objective; To compete against the Ferrari's, Lambo's and the like..... Will they accomplish it, who the heck knows. Will we all be better off by them attempting to, perhaps and if not, who the heck cares.
In the meantime, just enjoy the build and drive on....

PS, I don't have any dog in this hunt, I just thought as car guys we would all enjoys some of the stuff we could look forward to seeing at SEMA.
Now can we get back to the regular programing of the original thread?
What do you guys think about the AMX?

That's always been a neat body style with a lot of potential.
Anybody knows of any other cool stuff we can anticipate at the show?
What is Mike from Time Machine bringing. I heard he was building a really cool 69 Camaro.
Will Marquez debut War?
Are the Ring Brothers, Detroit Speed, etc... bringing there latest creation?

When I posted I didn't follow the car, I meant I didn't follow the car. I (as I stated) have no idea if its been on a track or not. I just mentioned that maybe someone had some actual numbers on the car and how its lap times are vs other cars? I wasn't saying it can't out perform any specific other car, I just wondered if there was any real numbers. For some reason this seems to offend people? I have seen the articles that mentioned it must go over 200mph, and they were going to test it at maxton. I just never saw any where that they took it (I wasn't looking for it). So no one needs to get upset reading this because I am NOT SAYING THE CAR ISN'T A FANTASTIC PERFORMING CAR. Now since it ran auto x's and road race courses or so people seem to indicate, how did it stack up against other similar cars? Its just a question not meant to offend or put down anyone. And I'm not the builder of the other cuda, nor do I care who's is better, faster, or whatever.

Latest segment on the Cuda build. 1,500 HP depending on boost. :burnout: This thing is going to spank baby "G-Force" and put it to bed wet when it's done.

I think you guy will find the Episode 6 segment 2 on the Cuda build interesting.
It covers the building carbon fiber for structure rigidity.
