OK so as you guys know we build very high end vehicles and have been asked and asked to build parts for you guys. Well we are doing that now. We have a full line of interior products coming out for several cars like

1. 1970-72 Chevelle might work on 69 as well with mods

2. 1967-69 Camaro

3. 1970 up Camaro

4. 1955-56 Chevy 210/Belair and so on

5. 1957 Chevy car

6. 1967-68 Chevelle

7. 1967-72 Chevy Truck

8. 1970-72 Dodge Cuda/Challenger

9. 1968-70 Dodge Charger maybe more years with mods

10. 1968-72 Chevy Nova we wont forget you guys

All of these are in the works now and we will have some of these on display at the 2009 SEMA show this year with more following monthly and on display at shows around the nation.

We will have a base model, mid model and upper line in the door panels, you can buy these raw or wrapped in the material of your choice with the stitching of your choice, there will be billet upgrades on the panels. You will be able to buy dash, center consoles and package trays as well. along with full headliner kits and trunk kits.

We have a full production shop and build a main mold for all these parts and from there should be able to do about 25-50 a week if needed. So we will have full supply on these once we are finished with molds.

Here is the Chevelle set so you can see what they look like.

Thanks, and so far it looks great!

Chris

You have really great looking parts.

Do you think you could be persuaded to build some exterior body kits for the 69 Camaro?

1. CF or Fiber Glass

2. Make wheel opening about 1.5 inches wider, while still maintaining the natural lines of the car. I would like to be able to run wider wheels and tires. Maybe 295 mm - 315 mm

3. Body parts where true, "ground Effects", could be realized.

4 A real splitter that is strong enough and large enough to really create good down force.

I am having renderings put together of what I have in mind. I want something that is truly functional, as well as pleasing to the eye. Functional, is the operative word for this whole idea.

As I put things together, and if you are interested, it would be REALLY nice to have a first class body kit for the '69 Camaro. The mustang guys have tons of choices, and we are getting there, but have a while to go to catch up with the range of options.

Thanks for your openness for new products. There are a lot of us out here, who I bet would enjoy some true aerodynamic parts and the ability to run a lot more rubber up front.

Take Care,

Ty O'Neal

I have a few questions and hopefully if it is not to much trouble you can answer them, if they have already been answered my apologies:

1. What type of material are the panels made out of?
2. Is it a combo of fiberglass and MDF?
3. how much do they weigh?
4. Can these be interegrated with the factory contour of the stock dash to
"flow"?
5. What size speaker is that cut out for 5.25 or 6.5?
6. And last nut not least do you have any images or "pre-production" of the 66-67 Chevelle panels?

Thanks looking great BTW!!!

Here are some shots of the panels going in so you can see how easy they are to install and the custom door handle we built for them. You can leave the handle raw, anodized, brushed or polished

Door pulls are finihed as well and they are an option to the panels. We will have 2 different sizes of these available and 2-3 styles. They will be billet and you can leave them raw, anodized, brushed or polished as well.

We have so many interiors to make we make them as requested. Obviously the ones with more request will be built first. I am going to start a new poll thread so we can make what you guys want next.

I am interested in a set of door panels for a 69 Camaro! I am interested in a set finished in leather if possible. Also do you offer a rear package tray?

I have my panels and arm rests already from Fesler and they are awesome but I purchased un-wrapped because I was not sure how I was going to finish them. When I talked to one of the guys over there they said they are working on making these available covered, it sounded like they are trying to figure out the best way to offer it because it's hard to make it so everyones happy.

I would suggest calling and talking to Darius, really nice guy that was able to help me with all my questions and even offered help on the panel install but I had not got that far so he said to call him back if I had problems. Pretty nice I thought:thumbsup:

You can buy the panel but not wrapped yet? we have to figure out the best way to do this as each car we put them in is a llittle different and they need to line up front to back. We think we have a way to do it but will be a few more weeks till we know for sure.

You can order panels for now

I knew I opened my mouth....

Let me finish up a few things at my desk and I will go down stairs and take pics and see if I can post some tonight or for sure tomorrow. They are not wrapped yet but almost ready for my test fit/install on the panels. Everyone that has seen then is very impressed on the quality for a product that is production made.

What are the odds that these could work on a '69 Cutlass 442 with minimal mods?

Thanks!
Dave

Try and get your hands on some 70-72 OE panels, maybe cheap used ones and do a test fit. That would be the cheap way for you to find out.

They will fit from what we are told, we just made some mods so they go from 1968-72 Chevelle and from what we have been told the Cutlas is the same. Lets see if someone else up here can help answer the question.

Is it just me or does this door panel scream for some type of pull like this, out of aluminum, sort of like you would find on the 350z. Excuse the crude example.
Lets get on this Fesler, I know you have the ability.
The pull/arm rest I've seen just doesn't flow with the lines of the panel.

I am finally getting around to posting a few pics of Fesler’s door panels being installed on my 69 Camaro. The fit and finish on these are outstanding!
