Finally!!! less than a month away from buying a rear suspension for my 69 Camaro. Have a LS2 with a little cam and head work. Hit 525hp on Dyno. Can i get away with a G-Bar or do I need a G-Link?
Any suggestions or advice?
Frank????

If your wanting a G series suspension and can weld it in. G link is the way to go.

no cutting, no binding, lots of adjustability, really low ride height, works with the mini tub, 12 bolt or 9"

The G Bar is a great touring suspension, crisp handling and really nice ride quality for a elbow out the window cruiser. It`s a street suspension that you can occasionally take to the track. The G-Link is much more beefy and has tons more adjustment. You can set it up for pure street cruising, auto cross or serious drag racing by just moving a few bolts. We helped TPI with the G Bar and G LInk setup for the RCR Series III Camaros and the performance they`re getting out of those cars with 750hp and the G Link is really impressive. If you`re not mini tubbing go with the frame mounted adj. rate rear swaybar too. It`s true that you have to weld the G Link in but it couldn`t be easier. You don`t have to fab anything, just set the pre made brackets in place and buzz buzz you`re done.
The SpeedTech system looks nice but I don`t have any performance experience with it. Mark SC&C

We just installed the G link in the Camaro build we are doing. I was not a fan of the G Bar, but the G link is pretty nice. Install is easy and has some solid components.
