My pops is just finishing building out his garage and then we're going to move both of our 69 Camaros in to work on them.

I wanted to get him some wheel dolly to make it easier to move the cars around the space but unsure whether to go with the hydraulic dollies which have a mechanism to help raise the wheel or the sled type that you put under a raised wheel.

Would appreciate you sharing your opinions/experiences.

GoJaks work great for me. A little pricy though.

I have both -- and the standard dollies are now going to be relegated to moving plants or something - cause they suck for moving cars.... I bought a "set" of the hydraulic versions from Harbor Freight -- and they're fantastic -- in fact, you have to be a bit careful not the get the car moving and have it go all the way across the shed (shop). They're very handy and work great and are cheaper than GoJacks... if you have a Harbor Freight Tools store in your area.

Thanks guys Sounds like the GoJak/hydraulic option is the way to go.
