We are building 3 Dynacorn convertibles but we have a few issues that I need some help from anyone that has been through this already.

The top of the windshield on the drivers side does not lay down flat has 3/4 gap at the top corner on all 3 cars. Need to know where it is bent or not correct we think we need to push the piller post up at the top but do not know what that will do the side glass.

The convertible top mounts do not seem to be welded in correct the top sits to close to the drivers side

If Anyone else has built one of these please let me know what you have done to correct these issues and what other issues have been noticed we are having a lot of fitment problems

Thanks Bryan

i havent worked on one but even if there is a way to fix the windshield pillar you should fit the doors and all the sideglass anyway, i would test fit the entire car together, i don't know how much help a forum can give you on fitment, kinda just need to fit it up to see for yourself, sounds like the convertible top could be a nightmare if the mounts are off:_paranoid good luck!

That is what we are doing this week I was just hoping some other shops had been down this road and could help us out on how they fixed it. We bought these cars 1 year ogo so they were built overseas on the jig not in the US. I was told all fitment issues were resolved before this big purchase of 4 cars i havent worked on one but even if there is a way to fix the windshield pillar you should fit the doors and all the sideglass anyway, i would test fit the entire car together, i don't know how much help a forum can give you on fitment, kinda just need to fit it up to see for yourself, sounds like the convertible top could be a nightmare if the mounts are off:_paranoid good luck!

I'd suggest talking to the current retailers of this body and see if there's any dimensions you could compare to, etc.....my guess is that the post will need to be moved up.

I'f I'm not mistaken, I think Frank at Prodigy might have some input, I seem to remember him finding some issues with those bodies.
