Pull a Harry Hogge and smash the only unscratched panel on the car. I'm guessing the RF fender is the least destroyed.

The both front fenders were good, that's about it. I think the drivers side is a little better.
Car says 15k miles, might actually be 15k because of the bumper sticker, paint, general all around good condition aside from the wreck, but the interior is pretty trashed.
I am going to see if I can learn how to do bodywork soon, I wouldn't mind doing this car if they let me. There is a chevy truck in the background under the carport I asked if I could weld up and my friend said yeah.
Also my camera did pretty good, these are the first pictures I ever took with it :)

HAHA I WANT YOU TO BE PERFECT!! Anyway that mustang is a goner dude. You can get coupes cheap still there isnt a reason to put that back together. I have a 65-66 coupe sitting at the shop that is about 10 times better then that one i can probably sell for about $500.. just my opinion..

Yeah, I have seen some decent cars on craigslist for $3-5k in nice condition running.
The rear frame rails where smashed up in the trunk too.

I think you answered your own question by posting those photos. :)
Unless it's been in the family for a while, I'd definitely choose a different starting point for a Mustang coupe restoration. There's a lot of them out there. That's officially a parts car.

Its rare that I would say this but, even I would let that car go. If it was a fastback that might be a different story.

I see potential. With it in that condition it makes it easier to take the build to unconventional directions. I'd take a project like that on but wouldn't restore it to stock. Looks like fun.

Unless you are going to do all of the body work yourself, dont waste your time. That amount of work will take a lot of time, and will get VERY expensive. Plus, you can find those body styles anywhere for cheap.

I asked today, we are restoring the car :willy:
Lol I buffed some of the fender today, it's so shiny and smooth.. Forgot my camera, will get a pic tomorrow. It looks amazing, I almost want to do the whole car for the hell of it.

I guess you can polish a turd lol.. It looked great the other day, still looks good but not as good as right after I waxed it.

But the question is, can you get all the dents out of that same turd?

I have learned that no... no you can't buff dents out...
But the dents are so damn shiny it doesn't even matter.

Okay, at least you have something that would be worth something when you finished it. True you may be upside down in the project, but it would be a fun learning car for a bodyman or a Mustang guy. As for me, well, I’m an Eldorado guy…. But this is an ebay listing that I think is well beyond when you say “no” and it falls in the realm of when can you stop laughing long enough to say no.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Cadillac-Eldorado-LOW-MILEAGE-AND-COMPLETELY-SAVABLE_W0QQitemZ180396592432QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS _Cars_Trucks?hash=item2a00798d30&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245
I love this quote from the listing: "WE DO NOT DISCLOSE RESERVE. AS WITH ANY USED VEHICLE THERE MAY BE BLEMISHES OR NEED A PAINT JOB. SHE IS NOT EXEMPT OF THIS."
