Ok guys I currently have my 66 Chevelle sitting on a rotisserie with floor pans and inner rockers out of it. The car has been braced. I am getting ready to install the new 1 one piece floor pans with braces and inner rockers in coming weeks. I wanted to make sure my order of install is going to be correct. Currently my frame is bare bones. This is what I got so far.

.) Install new body mounts onto frame
) Level frame out with frame jig
.) Place new floor pans on frame and align with mounts
.) Rebuild door hinges and hang doors back onto car
.) Take body off rotisserie and place on frame
.) Align door gaps. ( I do not have front fenders, do you recommend ordering and hanging also???)
.) Align floor pan for permanent install
.) Weld new floor pans up. ( or do i want to use tex screws to temporary hold in place until all sheetmetal work has been completed.)
.) Remove firewall extensions and install new ones

I will be replacing full trunk pans, quarter panels, and wheel wells. I guess my question is, will my gaps be true without a suspension or engine installed. Also when my frame is remounted to body while on the frame jig will this be sufficient enough for me to replace quarter panels and trunk. The frame jig with support the frame where the coil springs would normally mount in front and rear. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
