'66 Chevy II 4-Door body panels

I know there aren't a lot of outer body panels for the 4 door IIs. My '66 has has rust on all the usual lower parts of the panels. My question is, Are the 2 door panels the same general shape so that I can buy the 2 door panels and cut the parts I need?
