69 Camaro

Ok so I sat down and crunched some numbers and I am looking for a 69 with a 454 or bigger in it and manual. Hard top. I am setting my cap at 18k and I want something that currently runs and possibly needs work. Please let me know what you got. I am in Savannah, GA
