SOLD..........SOLD............SOLD...........SOLD. .........SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello all, I'm relatively new to the site. Never posted, just love looking and reading. I have a basically brand new TKO 600 for sale. It has about 150 miles on it if that...no lie. I installed it in my 72 Chevelle big block in July '08 then a buddy of mine made me an offer I couldn't refuse on my motor. I wanted another big block anyway but didn't want to go thru the hassle of saving and buying a new motor until he, like I said, made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I sold my big block around Nov. '08 and it has been in the box it came in since then. After selling it I became very interested in all the write up's and magazine article's about LS swaps into musclecars. Now, to the short part, I have purchased a 6.0 LS1 motor and now I want the new Tremec T56 Magnum. Therefore the TKO 600 has to go. Sorry no pics yet, my wife is out of town on business and took the camera and won't be back in town for about another week or so. Appox July 2nd I think. I'll try and borrow a camera and post pics before then. Just posting to see if anyone has an interest in it and wants it. TKO 600 and clutch set up was bought from Jegs. Sorry for the long explaination guys. Here's a little bit of info until pics get uploaded. Again, this tranny is damn near new. The only flaw is it has some (very little) splatter paint on top if it due to when I cut my tranny tunnel and put in new sheet metal and had to coat the underside of the car and I had to trim part of the tranny mount boss for the speedo adapter to clear. This is normal as you can reference this site to validate.http://www.5speedtransmissions.com/speedoadapterclearance.html
