That is true but man...what a party you guys put on Kevin.
I've been around some high-end cars in my time and I was truly impressed with what I witnessed yesterday.I came away with a new respect for CAR and the work their team produces.
Great to see Brett (lowend) again and chat about all things automotive and to meet Dennis (DjD) from Team Camaro as well as other friends who were there like Roger & Chad Raynal.
I had a great time and I appreciate you having this event.
Here's a couple of pics I shot,really alot of eye candy here...willy.
I'll let Kevin comment on them, these first were pics I shot @ GG in Pleasanton, yesterday we got the see the other side:

Thanks John,
Where to start, the under side of Steve's Camaro is just as nice as the top. Then you got Cadillac "style" and those are 2 Holley Domantors on a Boss 302 (yes it is the real PJ Trans Am car). The Kinsler crossram big block is in a Vega! I wish you all could here Tate's blue '65 Mustang run, is has the coolest exhaust sound, a cross betweem American muscle and high end Euro. Also Tate's car is the reason for the other 2 Mustang build we are doing now, the fastback is in second prime and the sister car the body metal work is all but finished (the other under car shots are the convert' and John needs to post up the rear suspension of it), both 'stangs are powered with Roush 427 IR small blocks with 6-speeds, 6 piston Baer/Car brakes and more. Now for the Camaro on the table it is Tom's (my boss) car and it was the car we did the prototyping on for Steve's car, well it has been laying a round for about 4 years now so it is time to go forward with it. The plan for it goes somethine like this, updating some of the suspension and chassis taking what we have learned from other builds and powered from some type of LS engine either big inch, twin turbo'ed or supercharged with a goal over 650hp at rear wheels. But with all shop projects customer cars come first, so look for the Fastback this fall.

Didn't want to steal your thunder Kevin;) ...here's the 'vert Mustang's rear suspension, super trick to say the least!:unibrow:

Dave hope things are good with your mom. It was good to visit with Mary.
O.K. the Mustang's rear suspension where to start, the simple answer is it is torque arm 3-link with a panhard bar. Now for the long answer, the car is powered by a 590 horse Roush small block so we needed a 3" exhaust system and with the car being a soft top we also needed to run the exhaust to the rear of the and not out the side like on the fastback, also needing to maintain a 20 gallon fuel tank (car must have a 250-300+ range). So to get the 3" exhaust and not cut into the tank the leaf springs had to go. We used a Total Control torque arm and DSE rear trailing arms and panhard bar and we built mounting brackets. From there we mounted the coil-overs and linked them to the rear axle housing via 2 sets of rocker arms per side.

Just lucky!
Skip we built a side exit exhaust system with a X-pipe, a pair race bullet mufflers, a pair of custom Bassani muffle with the inlets and outlets on the same in and exiting through 4" oval just in front of the rear wheels. This set up along with built 351 just makes music.
