Hi everyone. I am a new member of lateral-g.net. What a wonderful site to get help with problems or questions.

At the moment I am trying to attach photos for the first time and I am not sure if I am doing it correctely.

Here are two photo's of my 1969 Firebird. (I have many photo's) I know most of the cars in here are Beautiful Camaro's but I thought my Bird would probably fit right in.

I am debating on replacing my driver side quarter with a new full quarter or just patching the areas need. Maybe everyone can give me some advice on this matter. (I will try and find photo's and post them my next go around.)

Thanks for the help.

Thanks everyone for the welcoming. Has everyone completed their rides or still in the building process?

Been working on my 69 Camaro for 2 years as time allows. Will do all the work myself except for final bodywork and paint: http://www.lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=15120

Did you have any trouble putting in your new full floor Red?

Only that it didn't quite clear the dash since I had to go through the window opening with it (had to temporarily notch one side). I had too much bracing to go under the car. Otherwise it's just a time consuming process. I installed new inners/outer rocker assemblies first.

Could you have used patches in your floor?

I can use patches in mine but it would take several patches or 2 large patches to do the job. Do you recommend a full floor over patches? I would hate to have any signs of patches showing underneath the car.

There was just too much rust. The one piece just makes it so much cleaner, and it goes to the factory seams front and back.

Yea, a full floor pan would look nice?

Did you use a full trunk pan?
