spacer to get the C5 wheel to work both front and back. Not sure you can get a 285 tire in there but a 275 will fit.

if i use a spacer ,and if i rolled the lip do you think
it would fit ??
or if i relocate the rear shock would it help
i wouldn't mind a little rubbing , as long as it doesn't
ruin my tires ??
and i drop the car 2''....

The 17x8 up front with a 245 tire and 2 inches of drop shouldn't be an issue as long as you don't go bigger than about 25.5" overall diameter on the tire. In the rear, an 18x9 is a safe width, but a 275 should be much easier to fit than the 285 like Payton said before.

Adapters will be needed due to the high-offset of the C5 wheels front and rear and you shouldn't assume that everything is centered on your car without measuring. It's fairly common to have some differences side to side with respect to the sub, fenders, quarters, and rear axle placement under the vehicle. A tape measure is your friend and rolling the lips never hurts...one less sharp edge to hit your tires on.
