Need help uploading pics on this site

i'm an junior member trying to up load pics and i keep getting an error message that i may not be aloud to post pic? i can get the pics to upload but there not showing any help would be great thanks joe

You can upload pics, but the attachment size is limited to no more than 1024x768 and 160kb.... or you can link images from an image hosting site like Flickr or Photobucket.
