2001 4.6L cobra engine & 5spd trans

I have a 2001 4.6L cobra engine w/ 5spd trans that was purchased last august for a project but was never used. I bought it from LKQ auto parts it has 71k miles on it it is a complete take out including all the accessories harness and ecm and 5spd trans no shifter though. I had a set of exhaust flanges laser cut to fab headers but since we didnt use the motor never built headers. I also have a MSD dis-4 ignition box and a set of aeromotive fuel rails for it. its all brand new. I have about $5800 invested but would like to get around $5k or so for it I would like to get rid of it so I am open to offers. attached is a pic.
