Announcing Mia Korin Prudhomme. Here is a shot. I will post more, we JUST got back home and settled. She's so cute! I am glad she took after her mother!

Ha Ha! I know, really. I already have got some practice in because of her beautiful mother! But for this, I think my new Glock 17 should do the trick. I think about the scene in Bad Boys ALL the time!

Ok OK awr, (with no help from the wife) she was 19 inches and 5 lbs 12 oz. Momma's fine, a little sore like every other mom, but recovering well, oh and she has a proud papa!
From first push to here's a baby was well under 10 min. The nurses told me not to tell anyone how little time it took because they might set that as the standard. Oh well, now at least lat-g knows!
It's really great when you have a good support team, too. Here's the full story. My inlaws were supposed to move out here last year after they retired from the east coast. Complications later, now was the time. So I got to the D.C. area at around 4 in the afternoon last tues then got back to the house at 9 after dinner with the fam. Then I visited my newly married lil sis and then gave the new bro in law some advice on marriage and tore up his M coupe for a little while. The next day we packed the 25 foot penske truck and then took off by 4 pm that day. We made over 2300 miles in 36 hours straight. The truck could only go 70 mph max unless I was going down a steep hill. I also had the wife's 72 cutlass on a hauler on the back. We got here and my wife was already in labor. Her support group was already in place cleaning and doing whatever. By then it's May 1 and we are in the hospital at 3 am. She went in and at 6:30 Mia was born. I am still very tired but wired because my daughter makes me happy. Oh and I am working from 5:30 in the morning to about 10 pm every day for about 3 months now to try to have enough in case I need to be here with the wife. I don't think busy or tired are the correct words!
