Hey guys great site. My build is currently under way, 67 Chevelle convertible LS2 4L65E powered. Rack and pinion, 4 wheel discs, vintage air and most likely some torq thrusts. Almost ready for paint. I tried to post pics but I must be doing something wrong.

Here is one pic that I was able to upload the others show a failed message. That was a before pic, I have current photos but I think the file may be to large. I'll try again later when I have the chance. I still don't know how to find the image shack site to upload photos.

That is such a nice looking car man...And I say that after never getting tired of staring at my own, half primered, in progress '67 SS396 droptop for the last 16 years...The lines of the car are just sooooooooo nice , so sexy, so clean...

I fell so hard for the lines of my 4th owner, Marina blue #'s matching dream that I NEVER could have imagined ANY possible situation that would have me handing over the keys to some one else...But then again I never thought the ORIGINAL OWNER from the other side of the USA would spend 3 years tracking me down thru DMV to make a stand to get his car back...After listening to his phone messages and his bigger and bigger offers for another 3 months, I decided to let the girl go back to the guy that sat there at the New York dealership for 7 hours to trade in his still brand new '65 Chevelle SS convert, and order just the way he wanted it with all the right options, a new '67 big block Chevelle ragtop...

He paid a decent price, but I didn't get "rich" on the deal...The real wealth I gained was knowing that this guy no longer had to complain daily about "the one car that I should have never let go" and that this time around he would be loving the car TWICE as hard!!!...

Okay now I got it, here are a few pics of my 67. I bought the car in 99 as you see it in the pic from Kentucky. I could never warm up to teh color but really wanted a vert so I bought it depite of the color. i am currently doing a frame off as you can seeeon the car. I currently have the car on the frame and it is being blocked by my friend in his garage. I will post more pics as I move along.
