Lots of A-body suspension goodies for sale due to a change in direction with my ’65 GTO. Most of these parts are brand new and never on the road, test fit marks only except where noted. Original cost in parenthesis. A package deal would be great. Shipping extra but negotiable. Pickup in southern NJ okay too.
1. SPC Tubular Lower Control Arms with Howe ball joints ($718) – asking $600. (http://www.scandc.com/spclowerarms.htm) Ball joints have been tacked in place. Can include new stock lower ball joints for $25.
2. Howe Upper Ball joints ($170) – asking $125. (http://www.scandc.com/balljoints.htm) Test fit only. Should be used with SPCs above for geometry. SOLD
3. Four SPC Spacers for LCA’s ($40) – asking $30. (http://www.scandc.com/images/SPC%20lowerAarms.jpg) New and unused.
4. Eibach Springs #3855.140 ($260) – asking $200. (http://eibach.com/cgi-bin/htmlos.exe/01121.2.4116660664600015478) These are lightly used, but show wear from several installs and removals. Will include Energy Suspension 5/8” polyurethane coil spring isolators #9.6101 (http://store.summitracing.com/largeimage.asp?part=ENS-9-6101G&Prod=Energy+Suspension+Coil+Spring+Isolators+and+I solator+Sets&img=ens-9-6101g_w.jpg) These were split and greased and sip-tie mounted.
5. ZQ8 jounce bumpers (round version - $30) - asking $20. (http://www.rmsautoparts.com/prodimages/15956547.jpg) These have been ground and painted to clear the coil springs when used with the SPC lowers.
6. Global West del-a-lum bushings kit #1011 ($155) – asking $120. (http://www.jegs.com/images/photos/400/459/459-1013.jpg) Check your application to be sure, but this kit is for stock lower control arms with the round larger bushings. Could be '64-7 but don't quote me on that because there were some oval bushing applications in '67. These were pressed in, greased, and then later pressed out and thus show wear, but have zero miles on them. SOLD
7. Speedway Motors adjustable spring shims, 91645551 (x2 – 0” to 2-1/2” adjustment) and 91645552 (x2 - 3-1/8" to 5-1/4" adjustment) ($124) – asking $100 for all 4. (http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Adjustable-Hidden-Spring-Shims,3389.html) The 551s have been cut down to fit in the SPC LCAs just like the spring shims, and thus allow up to 5” of ride height adjustment when used with short front springs. Front ride height can be adjusted with just removal of the shock. The 552s have also been cut down a bit, probably ¾” and still have plenty of room left for additional trimming.
I have included links to info and pics where I could. Don't have any pics of the actual parts here at work but can get some if necessary.
