Hello everyone. I'm a newbie to your community, but have been following your site for a while now. I'm am currently working on my '79 Pontiac Trans Am with a 400ci w 4sp. manual. I want to get the g-machine look and performance but not at a lot of cost. The body is in great shape (just a little minor dent in front fender lip). It has great interior and trunk floors. It is pretty much a runner except for a little minor hiccups(putting motor and tranny back into the car). I would like any ideas on what color to paint and achieve the g-machine look. I have been researching and found out there are a lot of black bandits around. Was wondering about the idea of a white '79 TA with gold bird on hood and a version of Pontiac Rally 2s in size 18s and 19s or 19s and 20s(staggered of course). Please help. Any ideas would be well appreciated! Thanks! :)
