I was curious about this setup. Anyone install a Centerdrive Truckarm kit in their car like the one from Hotrods to Hell? Aside from the exhaust clearance issues, is this a good system? Bad? This would be for a weekend cruiser 68 Camaro. Here is the kit: http://www.hotrodstohell.net/truckarm/truckarm_camaro/f_body_truckarm.htm

Do a search and I think you'll find about a bajillion threads on the pros and cons of the system.
If it were me, I would look at one of the torque arm systems currently available.

Yes exhaust routing........ the mufflers pictured will only handle about 400 ponies. Do a search on here this subject/HR to Hell has been talked about before. I have done an install on a kit but it was 5 years back. The kit was ruff/crude and I had a misaligned pre welded bracket that put one of the arms in a bind. The truck arm system is sound, simple, adjustable, and has a minimal number of parts. All the parts are available cheap in the cicrle track catalogs..............

I agree, its big, bolky, and heavy. Heard that it doesnt quite handle well.
