Hey everybody! My name is Mike. I am building my 1970 Chevelle for show/cruising. I love the pro touring look on muscle cars. I have had my Chevelle for almost 4 years. It started as my daily driver when I was 18. After one summer in Vegas without air conditioning, it wasn't my daily driver anymore. From there I kind of just did random things here and there to fix it up a little. Then i decided to go for a drag racer. Before I got too far into that I decided to make it a show/cruising car. Right now it is still pretty much set up as it was when I first built it as a daily driver. It has a mild GM 350 Crate Engine, TH200-R4 automatic trans, 17" wheels up front, 18" wheels in back, and a kick ass stereo system. I plan on doing a fuel injected small block, with a supercharger (Vortech or Procharger), some different wheels, Air Ride suspension, Baer Brakes, and new paint. I want to take this car on the Hot Rod Power Tour when I am done as well as take it cross country from LA to Chicago on Route 66. I have designed a website for my project at www.HardEightChevelle.com

Talk to you guys later!

Mike

LOL, you mean like this:

I plan on doing a fuel injected small block, with a supercharger (Vortech or Procharger), some different wheels, Air Ride suspension, Baer Brakes, and new paint.

Sometimes I don't take hints very well. :willy:

Yup thats what I was talking about. My mind and budget always changes though. If work goes good then it could change to a Banks TT Small Block. I have also thrown around the idea of a Ram Jet 502, but I have pretty much ruled that out.
