New Member 1969 Barracuda

I have been using the web site for a long time. I just decided to join today. Here is my story. In 2001 I started to do a cam swap. Today it is almost ready to go get dipped.
The car has a 04 5.7L Hemi 5-45RFE trans.
Alterkation front suspenion
Street-Lynx rear suspenion
Wilwood brakes
Hot Rod air
And a list of other things. so her are a couple of pics or my project.

I dropped my car at the dip shop last Friday. My buddy was there today and it will be ready on the 29th. Then the fun starts, Painting.

Well I just sprayed expoy on the engine bay. I am getting closer to paint in there. The car os going to set for a couple of weeks and I did not want it to flash rust on the bare metal. Anyway here is my latest progress.

I have been rethinking my engine management system. When you run the Mopar computer they are very limited on tuning. So I junked my computer ans stared again.
The only car show I took it out here was the Cowtown club show in 07. It was in lewisville.

Thanks. Honestly not much for car shows, more into cruising and events. I think putting my car in a 3 day show like Autorama might be the death of me... I would not be able to start or drive it for 48 hours!

I agree the indoor shows are not my thing. I have done the Power tour 3 times. Once in a buddies 94 Vette, Once in a 99 Mustang, and the last time was in 10 Challenger. Cars are supposed to be run and run hard.

So I received my seats from TMI yesterday, Love them. I also received my Holley intake. Last I got word my wiper motor is done and will be here next week. I'm making some progress, slow and steady.....
