Newbie Lookin For Advice

I have be a lurker on here for about one month I have read and learned alot. I have found 69 dynacorn vert body new type with doors, top and smooth fire wall and powdercoated chassis that is complete execpt the rear end gears and wheels. The chassis has 9" winters, wilwood brakes and coilovers. The are about 1-2 years old but have not be touched and look new minus a little dust. The guy paid 13,500 and 15,850.00 for the chassis with shipping. What are these worth? I really don't need the body but it's an all or nothing deal. Would it be hard to sell the body? I have done some searches on here and look like none has been sold body only.
