Mike (MCC) finished my 9 inch '' torino'' bearing .My question is ,on the Kore3 web site they tell you you have to machine the axle face? Im using the Zo6 calipers and rotors will I need to do this for this application?? And who's axle's would you use? I have STRANGE in my back yard..

You'll need to make sure that the outside diameter of the axle shaft is ~5.94" with a decent edge break (1/8" x 45) on the face so that the C5/C6 rear rotors seat fully with the axle, otherwise your could have issues with your wheels not staying torqued down properly, not to mention some caliper/rotor misalignment issues. If you've already got axles and rotors, then it should just be a matter of verifying the fitment between them. If I'm unsure a rotor is fully seating against the face of the axle, I'll usually just put a small dab of grease on the face and then install the rotor. If it's squished flat, you're done. If not, then you've got some more work to do.
