I had a similar issue with my T56. It ended up being the Pilot Bearing in the tranny which had to be replaced.

Killer Customs diagnosed the problem and did the work for me. Thanks Blake

This of course is after I changed almost every accesory including the water pump.

May very well be your throwout bearing as well. If you have a stethescope listen on the engine case and tranny case. I would bet it will be louder on the case the squeal is closest to. Bottom line is it's coming back apart more than likely. Did you pull it apart for the pilot bearing?

even if the throw out bearing is brand new as well

My clutch an throw out bearing were new. But the squeel didn't appear for quite a while.

So you replaced the throwout and pilot along with the clutch I bet. Sounds like a bad part of improper installation.

everything went in smoothly only thing i could think of is the pilot bearing because i had to hammer it in with a rubber mallet could it just be something just breaking in i mean there's not much to a clutch installation.
