Hey all! I'm currently working on a custom project and have a question about the 2nd generation Camaro tail panels that are available from various companies. I already tried the search function but came up blank.
My question is......which company offers these tail panels in the thickest metal? I'm not too concerned about fitment as i'm sure they'll all have to be tweeked somewhat therefore thickness is primary concern. I'm willing to try any aftermarket company.
Now with this info and a PM back from Mr. Fesler i'll be all set to go. Thanks in advance.

Goodmark or classic industries. NPD carries goodmark, they are all really the same. The taillight panel really is the crappiest repop panel for these cars. The upper edge for the trunk lid is usually a half moon on each side of the trunk latch instead of a straight line and the studs for the taillight buckets are positioned completely wrong. So make sure to have the taillight buckets handy when swapping and retain the old panel in case you need the mounts from it to reuse. This is on a second Gen. car, if you r talking first Gen. then disregard as I haven't worked with one of those in a long time.

Hey Parker, Are the repop's really that bad? Should I try and save the original piece?
